  3. Upon default, the sums due herein shall accrue interest at the
  4. highest legal rate. THIS NOTE IS NON-RECOURSE, AND THE HOLDER MAY
  5. NOT SEEK RECOURSE TO ANY PERSONAL ASSETS OF THE DEBTOR. The Maker
  6. does not agree to subject any of his personal assets to the
  7. payment of this debt. However, the HOLDER of this note may seek
  8. to subject any and all security for this debt for foreclosure or
  9. other applicable legal or equitable remedies. However, a
  10. deficiency, if any, shall not be a personal obligation of the
  11. HOLDER. The HOLDER shall be entitled to receive attorney's fees
  12. and other costs of collection, provided that the same shall only
  13. collected from proceeds from foreclosure or other legal or
  14. equitable remedies related to security for this debt, if any.
  15. Such attorney's fees and collection costs shall not be a personal
  16. obligation of the MAKER and the MAKER's personal assets shall not
  17. be subject to the payment of these sums, however any property
  18. which is specifically pledged may be subject to foreclosure or
  19. other remedy allowed by law.
